Worklist Management

Pilot organizes and tracks work packages by equipment type. Users can expand each item to view detailed information, including task descriptions, drawings, and required materials. Real-time tracking of material status, field status, and QA/QC checks ensures that each task is on track and stakeholders stay informed. This hierarchical organization streamlines navigation through large scopes of work, reduces the chance of oversight, and supports efficient planning and execution by keeping tasks organized, accessible, and aligned with project goals.

Task Manager

Pilot provides a centralized view of all project tasks, allowing users to track progress, set priorities, and monitor statuses in real-time. Users can switch between three views: a Table view for detailed task lists, a Board view (similar to Kanban) for visual task flow, and a Gantt Chart for timeline-based tracking. Each task includes information such as priority, status, assigned personnel, and start dates, making it easy to manage and adjust workloads. The Task Manager’s versatile views enhance task organization and visibility, supporting efficient project execution.

Fab Shop & Offsite Service Management

Pilot enables effective oversight of offsite work completed by external vendors. This feature provides visibility into the progress of fabrication and other vendor-performed tasks, allowing project teams to manage dependencies and coordinate delivery schedules. By centralizing key details on each offsite task, the Fab Shop Management feature ensures that all parties are aligned, and offsite activities support overall project timelines. Users can monitor key metrics and statuses to stay informed about the work being handled at vendor facilities, ensuring that components are ready for on-site integration as planned.

IFC Status History

Pilot also features an IFC (Issued for Construction) module which tracks each offsite task’s progress from initial stages to completion. This chronological record provides a detailed view of all IFC status updates, enabling project teams to assess real-time progress, detect potential delays, and respond proactively. By monitoring the IFC status history, teams can ensure that vendor-delivered components align with project timelines and quality requirements, allowing for a smoother transition of materials to on-site work.

Folders (Document Control)

The Folders feature in Pilot is a document control system that organizes project documents within a structured hierarchy. It includes folders such as Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Monitoring & Control, and Project Closure to cover every phase of the project lifecycle. This feature enables teams to store, access, and manage essential documents in a centralized location, ensuring that all project information is organized and readily available. By maintaining clear document control, the Folders feature helps streamline collaboration, improve data accuracy, and support compliance with project requirements.

Turnaround Management Dashboards

Pilot offers real-time project insights across four tabs: Overview, Planning, Execution, and Closing. The Overview tab displays high-level metrics for Turnaround Readiness and Completion. The Planning tab tracks preparation KPIs like Scope Definition and Issued for Construction, while the Execution tab monitors active KPIs, including Operation Package and material statuses. The Closing tab shows completion percentages for Work Completed and QA/QC Verified. Each tab includes an equipment filter, enabling focused tracking across project phases, from initiation to finalization, to keep teams informed and aligned.

The Overview tab highlights Turnaround Readiness and Completion metrics with progress percentages, filterable by equipment type for tailored project insights.

The Planning tab tracks key preparation KPIs, including scope, constructibility, approvals, and material delivery, with equipment-based filtering for detailed insights.

The Execution tab focuses on KPIs essential to active work, such as Operation Package, Mechanical Package, QAQC Package, and material status indicators like Ordered, Received, Staged, and Issued.
