Project Material Status Tracking

The Material Management module is the staple of EZTRAK software. Each project box displays financial data for different material stages (Open, Staged, Issued), providing a clear, at-a-glance overview of the material flow and cost distribution per project. This feature enables users to track the material status for multiple active projects in real-time, promoting efficient resource allocation, improved visibility, and proactive management to ensure each project remains on schedule and within budget.

Detailed Project Inventory

Flow provides a comprehensive breakdown of all materials for a specific project. Users can view and customize data columns to access essential details, such as status, purchase document, tracking number, delivery date, item description, quantity, unit of measure (UOM), net price, and vendor information. Additional columns, such as PO item, component, and unit price, offer even greater flexibility for inventory tracking. This view enhances material management and tracking, ensuring that users have full visibility into project inventory for better decision-making and project efficiency.

Detailed Inventory History Tracking

Flow offers users a full timeline for each material item within a project. It records when inventory was ordered, staged, and issued, along with specific details like MTO (Material Take Off) creation, task type, planner, manager, date, and any relevant notes or attachments. Additionally, users can view current quantities on hand, descriptions, and the status of each item. This historical insight enhances accountability, improves inventory planning, and helps users track materials across every stage of the supply chain efficiently.

Cost Report Overview

The Cost Report Overview feature in Flow gives users a clear, visual summary of costs associated with each project. Each project box displays a pie chart that reflects cost percentages, allowing users to analyze expenditures by vendor, delivery, or equipment type. This feature simplifies financial tracking and helps identify cost distribution across various suppliers and resources, enabling more informed budgeting and cost-control decisions.

MTO Request Management

Flow streamlines the initial steps of material procurement by allowing team members to submit detailed inventory requests. When a specific material is needed, users can fill out a request with information such as Tracking Number, Need By Date, Work Order, Category, Estimated Cost, and additional notes or files. Once submitted, the request appears on the main dashboard, enabling effective tracking and ensuring timely fulfillment of project material needs. This feature enhances organization and reduces delays in project supply chains.
